A Fortunate Meeting at MISBO’s Conference

Revolution OfficeLast year, I attended the MISBO Annual Conference in Clearwater Beach. During the Sourcing Solutions session, where everyone gets a “speed dating” style chance to meet consortium partners, I met Steve Petralia from Revolution Office. Steve was incredibly friendly and genuine—no sales pitch, just a great conversation about the challenges we were facing with our existing copiers and printers (and their related costs).

After exploring the possibilities and potential savings, my Business Manager and I decided to give Revolution Office a try. If any issues come up (which hasn’t been often), their support team is on-site within four hours. That’s a big improvement over the days we used to wait with our previous provider. This is a huge relief to me as the sole person on the IT side of things at our school.
