As ShiftinEdu 2024 approaches, October 10th & 11th, my excitement is building for what promises to be our best event yet. Every year, ShiftinEdu brings together thought leaders, educators, and technology enthusiasts to explore the future of education, and this year is no different. With engaging keynotes, transformative sessions, and world-class catering, it’s shaping up to be an event you don’t want to miss.
Looking Forward to This Year’s Keynote Speakers
Our keynote speakers this year are set to inspire and challenge us with their unique perspectives on education, leadership, and the role of technology.
Dr. Jo Boaler will kick off Day 1 with her keynote titled Limitless Minds: How to Teach, Learn, and Live with a Limitless Approach. Drawing from recent scientific evidence, Dr. Boaler will explore how a limitless approach to learning and life can open pathways to higher, more equitable, and more enjoyable achievement for students. She’ll challenge us to think about how we can engage students in ways that increase equity, engagement, and success.
Dr. Yong Zhao will take the stage on Day 2 with his keynote Mass Personalization and Entrepreneurial Thinking: Education in the Age of Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Zhao will discuss how AI and technologies can be leveraged to personalize education, helping students reach their individual potential and become entrepreneurial thinkers. He’ll provide insights on why schools should focus on developing personalized learning paths for students, fostering a generation of problem solvers who create value for others and society.
